EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

We have very high quality control. So you will seldom find dirty or damage on our products.

 

We ask you for careful examinations prior to your purchasing goods, e.g. size, color.

Exchange Condition

  1. The purchased goods is out of stock.

  2. We delivered the wrong goods.

  3. The goods has quality problem, or the goods was damaged. 

 

Exchange Procedure

If the goods fit in the exchange condition, please apply for replacement within 5 days.

Please send the exchange application to us through e-mail or whatsapp with the following information.

  1. Member number (if you have)

  2. Order number

  3. Style number

  4. Exchange reason

  5. Which product will be replaced

After we confirmed your exchange application, the goods must be sent out within 3 days. Please return the goods via the Post Office. Please also let us know the tracking number. When we receive the returned goods, we will arrange replacement shortly.

We will bear the delivery cost if it is our mistake. 

Remarks

  1. The returned goods must have the original packaging, labels, tags, etc., if the goods comes with gifts or accessories, they must be returned together.

  2. We do not accept the returned goods which has been washed, has been used, or because of your personal damage caused by the goods.

  3. We will not arrange replacement for all the gifts.

  4. We will not accept the replacement application if exceeds the request period.

  5. We will not accept the following as an exchange or refund reason.

  • Too long shipping time

  • Cancel all the goods just because of individual goods out of stock.

  • Personal subjective reasons, such as minimal stains, thread, computer display caused by the color difference (different monitors will have different color), or the measurement is inappropriate.  

 

Refund Condition

We only accept the "goods out of stock" as the sole reason for refund.

If the product is out of stock, we will notify our customers as soon as possible, and arrange a refund.

* In case of any dispute, the Herch and Hernard Company shall have the final decision.

 

 

換貨及退款政策

 

 

本公司對品質監控很嚴格,所以一般不會出現有污漬或損毀等質量問題。

 

請在購買前確認好商品顏色,尺碼及數量,一旦確認購買,即默認同意本公司的退換貨規定。

 

換貨條件

  1. 商品缺貨

  2. 發錯商品

  3. 商品本身有嚴重質量問題 

換貨步驟

符合換貨條件的商品,必須於簽收後5天內提出換貨申請。

請以電郵或whatsapp方式申請換貨,請註明:

  1. 買家的會員帳號 (如有)

  2. 訂單編號

  3. 商品編號

  4. 換貨原因

  5. 想換那件貨品

換貨申請被確認後,貨品必須於3天內寄出,請用郵政局退回貨品, 並提供運送郵件編號,收到退回的貨品後,我們會盡力在最短時間內為您處理。

如退貨是因為本公司所產生的問題,運費將由本公司負責。 

備註

  1. 退回的商品必須有原好包裝、標籤、吊牌等,如該商品附帶有贈品或配件,必須一併退回。

  2. 本公司不接受更換已水洗、已使用或因您個人原因造成損壞的商品。

  3. 所有贈品,不設退換。

  4. 如超過換貨要求期限,本公司將不接受換貨申請。

  5. 以下理由不屬於換貨/退款原因:

  • 以發貨時間太長為理由要求退款。

  • 以個別商品斷貨為理由要求全部商品退款。

  • 以個人主觀原因, 如極小污點, 線頭, 電腦顯示造成的色差 (不同顯示器會有不同的色差), 尺寸不合適等為理由要求換貨。

退款條件

本公司只接受 “商品缺貨” 為唯一退款理由。

如商品缺貨,我們會盡快通知買家,並安排退款。

* 如有任何爭議,本公司將擁有最終的決定權。
