Product Size

Due to the material of goods and measurement methods are different, the measurement in the product pages may be difference. In general, the tolerance is +/- 0.5 ". Some commodities, such as the thick sweaters, the tolerance may be +/- 1". The tolerance is a normal acceptable range.

Due to the reason of the personal sensitive and subjective on color, the resolution of each computer monitor is different, and also the lighting when shooting…etc., physical color and photo slightly different is normal. All colors to prevail in kind.

Delivery Cost and Time

1. We usually deliver goods via the Post Office or the SF Express. We will send the tracking number to our customers after the parcels have been sent out.

2. Since the delivery services are outsourced to the courier companies, the Herch and Hernard Company is not responsible for the quality of its services, and we also do not guarantee the delivery time.

3. Goods delivery time can be affected by many factors, such as the transport legislation for the individual region, customs, logistics arrangements, or the local weather and the local public holidays. The Herch and Hernard Company does not bear any legal liability for any loss caused by late delivery.

4. If the goods were returned due to rejection or incorrect address, the buyer has to pay all the resulting costs and the delivery cost again. After that, we will re-arrange delivery.
